HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef, browned
3-4 med. potatoes, sliced round
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can Campbell's beef broth soup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Start with potatoes and layer 1/2 on bottom of casserole dish, next add 1/2 green peppers and 1/2 parsley. Add all of the drained ground beef. Next add remaining parsley, peppers and potatoes in reverse order. Salt and pepper to taste.

SAUCE: Mix the undiluted soups and Worcestershire sauce. Pour all the sauce over the mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are thoroughly cooked. May be adapted for microwave. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
