POTATO PLANKS | |
1 lb. potatoes (3 med.) Vegetable oil MIXTURE: 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Do not pare potatoes. Cut lengthwise into eighths. Set oven to broil. Place potatoes on ungreased pan; brush with oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 mixture; broil potatoes about 3 inches from heat until potatoes begin to bubble about 10 minutes. Turn, brush with oil. Sprinkle with rest of mixture. Broil until golden brown. About 5 minutes. |
