FRUIT CAKE (WHITE) 
5 lg. eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 lb. glazed cherries
1 lb. glazed pineapple
4 c. pecans
1/2 oz. bottle pure vanilla
1/2 oz. bottle pure lemon

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, blend well. Chop nuts and fruit, add to flour. Add baking powder to flour. Fold in egg mixture well. Pour in greased lined tube pan. Place in cold oven and bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. COol in pan on cake rack.
