CORNELL CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts, boned & skinned
1 pkg. dried beef
1 can mushroom soup
Sour cream

Place a layer of dried beef in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top of it. Mix mushroom soup and equal parts of sour cream. Pour over chicken. Bake for 3 hours at 275 or 300 degrees. Serve with parsleyed rice.
