2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise

Bake cornbread as directed on box, then cool. Break in bite-size pieces in bowl. Mix all other ingredients with cornbread in bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
