1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
Garlic powder or minced fresh bud garlic
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. basil (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together, then refrigerate.
