SPINACH DIP 
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr's leek soup mix
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 pkg. Good Season's Italian Dressing Mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Thaw and drain spinach. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and spinach. Add other ingredients and mix. Hollow out a loaf of pumpernickel or rye bread and put dip inside. Cut up pieces of bread to dip with.
