SOURDOUGH CINNAMON ROLLS
Make sourdough using basic starter recipe.

After dough for bread has been divided into three parts, divide one of these parts in half. Place on floured board, pummel down and knead both halves. Roll dough until about 1/4 inch thick; brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll dough as you would a jelly roll and cut into slices; arrange on greased pans leaving space to rise. Brush with melted butter; cover with wax paper and let rise out of draft 8 to 12 hours.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Do not brown.
