SLOPPY TOM 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1 jar (12 oz.) chili sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground pepper
4 hamburger rolls, toasted

Heat in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add turkey and cook breaking up with wooden spoon until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Stir in chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste. Cook covered over low heat 10 minutes. Serve over hamburger rolls, dividing evenly.
