SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Blend sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in cream, vanilla and butter. Pour thoroughly beaten mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then 353 minutes at 325 degrees.
