SNICKERS® 
1 German Chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. nuts
14-oz. bag caramels
6 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. butter, melted

Combine (by hand) cake mix, nuts, melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Divide batter in half. Put half of the batter in greased pan.

Bake at 300°F for six minutes. While baking above mixture, melt caramels with remaining 1/3 cup milk. When six minutes are up, remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top, then add caramel mixture and then the remaining batter.

Bake 15 minutes at 300°F. Let cool. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
