2 eggs, beaten until light
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt

Grease pan. Makes own crust as it bakes. Beat all together until light, fold in 1/2 cup dried coconut and pour into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.
