2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa

Mix well so no lumps.

1 can evaporated milk
4 tbsp. butter

Cook in saucepan over low heat until well mixed. Turn up to medium heat and bring to a boil. Take off heat and add 2 teaspoons vanilla.
