HOT PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE TOPPING 
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter

Combine sugar, flour and cocoa in saucepan. Mix thoroughly. Add just enough water to make a paste. Stir in peanut butter. Gradually add evaporated milk, stirring mixture until creamy. Add vanilla and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until butter melts, and mixture is gently boiling and thickens. Cool until warm. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
