3 MINUTE HOT FUDGE TOPPING 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. peanut butter

Combine above ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Keep at boil 3 minutes. Use immediately for hot fudge sundaes. Can be stored in refrigerator and reheated later.
