MUSHROOM AU GRATIN 
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. chopped Italian parsley
1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese
Sprinkle of salt & pepper

Put sliced mushrooms in pan. Saute until golden brown. Cover pan, cook on medium heat for 2 minutes or until they expel water (or when they split open). Blend sour cream, salt, pepper and flour until smooth. Pour into pan with mushrooms and let come to a boil. Remove from stove, pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle chopped Italian parsley and cheddar cheese on top. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
