1 1/2 c. cold milk 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter 1 pkg. instant chocolate or vanilla pudding 1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) miniature chocolate chips 15 whole graham crackers Plastic wrap Mix milk, peanut butter, and pudding. Beat with electric mixer at low speed until well blended. Add chocolate chips, blend well. Let mixture stand 5 minutes. Break each graham cracker in half and spread with mixture, topping with other half of graham cracker. Wrap each individually in plastic wrap. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. |
