ROLLED OATS COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour milk over oats and let soak 15 minutes. Set aside. Put butter and sugar in bowl and mix well. Add eggs and beat. Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Add half of flour mixture to egg mixture. Stir in half of oats mixture. Add rest of flour mixture and nutmeg. Add vanilla and mix well. Stir in rest of oats mixture. Grease 8 inch square baking pan and pour in batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
