4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. peanut butter 8 oz. sweet chocolate (chips or candy bar) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Beat eggs until thick, gradually add sugar. While beating, add milk and vanilla. Blend together flour, baking powder and salt, carefully fold into egg mixture by hand. Blend well. Pour into pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Spread peanut butter over hot cake. Allow to cool. Cover with melted chocolate. Cut into squares. |
