SPINACH DIP | |
10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and water squeezed out (can use cheese cloth to get water out) 1 c. water chestnuts, diced 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 3 oz. cream cheese Soften cream cheese. Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Add soup mix and chestnuts. Then add squeezed spinach. Chill few hours or overnight. Makes 4 cups. |
