2 qt. potatoes, finely diced
4 tbsp. chicken bouillon
Water (just enough to cover)
1 c. onion, finely chopped

Cook until potatoes are tender. Add 1/2 pound grated Cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons chives and 1 quart milk. Do not boil.
