CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 fryer, cut up
Salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken gumbo soup

Salt and pepper chicken lightly. Place it in a flat type casserole. Mix mushroom and gumbo soup and pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour, until chicken is tender. Serves 4.

Note: Add a canned vegetable or a frozen one, rice and some bread, then have ice cream for dessert.
