BARBECUED RIBS 
3 lb. short ribs
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
Juice from 1 orange
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. catsup
3 c. water

Cook onion and celery in butter for 15 minutes. Add rest, simmer 1/2 hour. Brown ribs in oven for 1 hour on 350 degrees. Top with sauce. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours on 325 degrees.
