CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME 
8 deboned chicken breast halves
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cooking spray
Paprika
Mushrooms; optional

Place chicken breasts in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Blend sour cream, soup, and sherry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve over wild rice.
