QUICHE LORRAINE 
4 eggs
1 c milk
1 tbsp. flour
6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
6 slices cooked bacon
Dash salt
Dash nutmeg

Bake a 9 inch pie crust in 450 degree oven for 8 minutes. Crumble 4 pieces of cooked bacon into pie shell. Mix together with wire whisk; 4 eggs, milk, flour, salt and nutmeg. Spread shredded cheese over bacon in pie shell. Pour egg mixture over cheese and crumble 2 more pieces of bacon over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve warm.
