TOMATO RICE BALLS 
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. minute rice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 beaten egg

Mix all together and make into 1 inch balls.

SOUP:

1 can water
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 stalks chopped celery
1 chopped green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 chopped onion
2-3 chopped carrots

Bring to a boil and drop in meatballs. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
