EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns, do not defrost
1 lg. diced onion
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 slice white bread, cubed
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together hash browns, onion, pepper, cheese, bread, milk, salt and pepper. Sprinkle corn flakes on top followed by melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered. May be frozen, uncooked.
