SPAGHETTI & SHRIMP SALAD 
3 lbs. vermicelli spaghetti
8 hard-boiled eggs
3 jars pimentos, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 bunches parsley, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
4 to 5 lbs. shrimp, cooked
2 packs Good Season Garlic Dressing prepared like instructions, & Hellmann's mayonnaise to make creamy

Cook spaghetti and drain. Mix chopped eggs, pimentos, green onions, parsley and celery. Add spaghetti and cooked shrimp. Toss with Good Season dressing and mayonnaise. Better if made the day before. Before serving, if salad seems a little dry add more mayonnaise.
