SHRIMP WITH SPAGHETTI 
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 stick butter
1/4 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. minced parsley
Salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste
1 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
Parmesan cheese, fresh grated

Melt butter with olive oil. Lightly saute garlic and green onions. Add shrimp and saute until shrimp turns pink. Add parsley, wine and seasonings. Simmer about 10 minutes. Do not overcook as this will toughen shrimp. Pour shrimp mixture over spaghetti. Toss to coat well, sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese and serve with garlic French bread.
