SPAGHETTI WITH SHRIMP 
1 lb. fresh shrimp
2 cloves minced garlic
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. oil
Salt to taste
6 qt. water
1 lb. spaghetti
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese

Boil shrimp until tender. Shell and devein shrimp. Saute garlic, onions, green pepper, pinch of salt, pepper and oregano in oil until onions are soft. Add cooled, deveined shrimp. Stir and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Boil water and add 1 tablespoon of salt and a drop of oil. Add spaghetti. Do not over cook. Drain spaghetti and toss with shrimp mixture.
