1 angel food cake, break into sm. pieces
2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can crushed pineapple
3 pkgs. Dream Whip, prepared as instructed on pkgs.
1 can coconut

Place cake in glass dish. Soften gelatin in cold water, then add 1/2 cup boiling water; cool. Mix sugar, lemon juice, salt and crushed pineapple. Combine with gelatin. Mix 2 packages Dream Whip with gelatin mixture and pour over cake. Cover top of cake with 1 package Dream Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Chill.
