BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN 
4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 to 12 slices bacon
salt and pepper
sage

Preheat oven to 375°F. Pound chicken with mallet on both sides. Salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with sage. According to the size of the chicken, wrap 1 or 2 slices of bacon tightly around each breast. Sprinkle with sage and place in baking dish. Repeat for each breast.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until chicken is brown and bacon crisp. You may need to turn chicken over halfway through the baking to brown all sides.
