GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES 
1 lb. potatoes, cut into 1/8 inch slices
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange potatoes, slightly overlapping in small roasting pan. Sprinkle with garlic. Dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
