CRAB DIP 
12 oz. crab meat
3/4 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lemon

Cream the mayonnaise and cream cheese until well blended. Fold in the egg and crab meat. Squeeze the 1/2 lemon and add the lemon juice to the dip. Bake in Corning Ware dish in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles and browns on edges. Serve with crackers.
