SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
Onion, diced fine
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Make balls; brown well in butter. Put in deep baking dish. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup mixed with 2 cans water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
