CRAB MEAT SOUFFLE | |
8 slices white bread, trimmed & diced 2 c. crab meat 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 med. onion, diced 1 c. celery, diced 1 med. green pepper, diced 2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 4 eggs, beaten Place 1/2 of the bread in a greased casserole. Mix other ingredients together and pour over bread. Place the rest of the bread on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate until time to bake. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in 12 x 8 x 2 casserole. |
