SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
8 tbsp. butter, melted
1 pt. oysters
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Nutmeg
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. oyster liquid
2 tbsp. milk

Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and layer crumbs and then oysters, sprinkling with salt, pepper, and parsley. Top with nutmeg (and in between if desired). Bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees.
