CURRIED RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. Rice-a-Roni -- chicken
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced green onion
1 can marinated artichokes
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. diced celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Cook the rice-a-roni to directions and chill. Drain artichokes, retaining juice. Mix juice, mayonnaise and curry powder. Stir in diced vegetables, artichokes and rice together. Toss with mayonnaise mixture. Chill.
