DELICIOUS SHORT RIBS 
3 lb. short ribs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. beer
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. beef bouillon
Salt and pepper to taste

Season ribs with salt and pepper. Sear in oil. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine next 6 ingredients. Pour over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
