RICE SALAD 
1 bag boil-in-bag rice (family serving size)
Or 2/3 c. rice, cooked (minute rice for 4)
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
1 c. short thin strips, cooked ham, turkey or chicken
1/4 c. diced Cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella or farmer cheese
1/2 sm. green pepper, cut into short thin strips
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 sm. green onion, sliced
1 med. tomato, coarsely chopped

To the cooked hot rice add salad dressing. Toss and cool. Stir in remaining ingredients except tomato. Cover and chill. Stir in tomato before serving. Serves 4.
