SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE PIE 
3 c. sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
