EASY PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 lb. broccoli, chopped
1 lb. zucchini, sliced
1/2 lb. green beans, cut in thirds
6 green onions, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh basil, minced
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 lb. linguine, al dente
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, fresh grated

NOTE: I use a variety of vegetables: carrots, asparagus, mushrooms, Chinese pea pods, green peppers - whatever is fresh and available and your family will eat.

In large skillet or wok heat oil, add the veggies including onions and garlic. Toss to coat with oil, cover and steam for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove cover, stir, add parsley and basil, cover and steam until veggies are slightly crisp and colorful. Season with fresh ground pepper to taste, add pasta, toss, dust with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
