HAMBURGER HOT POT 
1 lb. ground beef
5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
Salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 can golden mushroom soup

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet. Pour off fat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a greased casserole, place half the potato slices, half meat and onion. Layer again the remaining potatoes, then meat. Add soup spreading over all. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
