DOUBLE FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In small saucepan combine butter, sugar and water. Bring to boil, remove from heat. Add chocolate and vanilla. Stir to blend until mixture is smooth. Transfer to large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and cut into 2 inch squares.
