20 oz. bag Oreo cookies, crumbled
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (combine with 3 1/2 c. milk)
12 oz. Cool Whip

1 stick butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Combine with pudding and add 12 oz. creamy Cool Whip.

In sand pail, layer crumbs on bottom, then pudding mixture, alternating with crumbs (end with crumbs). Refrigerate.
