OATMEAL YEAST ROLLS 
1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. oats
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soy flour
3 to 3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Soften yeast in 1/2 cup water. Pour 1 1/2 cups hot water over sugar, oil and salt. Stir in 1 cup sifted flour. Add yeast and oats. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough. Turn out on well floured board. Knead until satiny, about 10 minutes. Form into rolls. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
