SOUR CREAM ASPARAGUS | |
This is so simple - its almost unbelievable. 1 can Asparagus sour cream Place can of asparagus (unopened) in refrigerator. Chill overnight. When ready to serve - simply (using a fork) - remove a few spears of asparagus from can and place on your plate... add a dollop of sour cream on the side. Using fork - cut through asparagus for your bite size... then slide fork into sour cream. You will NOT believe how something so simple - could be so good! A male co-worker told me of this years back. He always had great recipes and food idea's, so I followed through and tried it. It is now - the only way I eat this. Submitted by: Phyllis Chittum |
