STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 round steak, cut in med. cubes
3-4 med. potatoes, cut in med. chunks
2 med. white or yellow onions, cut in chunks
Salt
Black pepper
2 cans mushroom soup

Flour steak cubes on all sides and brown on all sides. Mix browned steak cubes, potato chunks and onion chunks in large baking casserole dish with 2 cans mushroom soup. Stir to mix well, use salt and pepper if you desire. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 2 hours or until meat, potatoes, and onion are tender, it varies in each oven.
