1 c. pink salmon
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour

Pour salmon into bowl (debone). Combine remaining ingredients and make patties. Place in hot oil and cook until golden brown.
