SAUCES 
BASIC CREAM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. hot milk

Mix all ingredients. Cook on top of stove until it thickens.

RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM:

1 c. seedless raisins, diced
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. cold water

Mix lemon juice and cold water, except raisins. Heat in pan; when hot add raisins. Simmer until raisins soften, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Add sugar, simmer 15 minutes. Pour over ham and bake at 375 degrees.
